We are currently seeking a Billing Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing sales invoicing and financial reporting, ensuring that all end-to-end invoicing requirements for clients and energy suppliers are met. The Billing Coordinator will play a crucial part in facilitating the timely collection of cash into the business, supporting the efficient flow of revenue. Role and Responsibilities
- Responsibility for ensuring Sustainable Energy First delivers an outstanding customer experience overall
- Main point of contact for an assigned client list, acquiring a thorough understanding of the Clients needs and requirements
- Proposing commercially beneficial solutions that meet the clients business objectives and changing utility and energy demands through contract renewals, up and cross selling.
- Ensuring the correct Sustainable Energy First products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner and with the first-class service Sustainable Energy First is proud of
- Expand the relationships with existing customers engaging through all possible forms of contact, from meetings to weekly calls
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by Clients by ensuring the correct teams manage it through to resolution
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Drive product development and innovation
•Knowledge of the energy sector would be desirable
•Experience in data analysis
•Min. A level academic achievement & Maths GCSE or equivalent
•Good interpersonal & communication skills
•Good organisation skills and ability to manage time efficiently, prioritising workload to achieve targets
•Good attention to detail
•Good knowledge of Microsoft applications, primarily Outlook and Word
•Advanced Excel skills for summarising, comparing and analysing data
•Good attitude & willingness to help
💰£25,200 to £30100 per annum
